Our Daily Schedule
At St. Mary School, we provide a structured daily schedule to support students and families.
Arrival
School doors open at 8:05 am. Classes begin at 8:20 am.
Lunch
Lunch is served in St. Mary’s cafeteria in three shifts between 11:00 am and 12:30 pm.
Dismissal Times
St. Mary’s regular school dismissal time is 3:00 pm. To better align with the schedule of the Taylorville Public Schools, St. Mary School will dismiss at 2:15 pm on all but the final Wednesday of each month beginning in September. Refer to the school calendar for early out days.
Bus Service
Through the Taylorville Community Unit School District #3, bus service is available most school days to St. Mary students residing within district boundaries.
Before Care Program
A Before School Program is offered from 7:00 to 8:05 am in the school’s cafeteria. The cost for this program is $1 per day, per student and available for students who must arrive early.
After Care Program
An After Care Program is offered from 3:00 to 5:00 pm in the school’s cafeteria. On days of 2:15 pm dismissal, the program begins at dismissal and closes at 5:00 pm. The charge is $6 per day for regular dismissal; $7 for 2:15 pm dismissal. Please use the enrollment forms to sign up for our After Care Program.
