Outing Participation
We value the safety and involvement of every student. School activities, field trips, and some special events require a signed permission slip for children to participate. On each form, you’ll find the date, time, and details of the planned outing.
Submitting Completed Permission Slips
Please return signed permission slips to your child’s teacher or the school office before the due date listed on the form. If a permission slip is not received by the deadline, your child may not be able to attend the activity.
Check back regularly for new permission slips as we schedule activities and events throughout the school year.
Accessing Permission Slips
We send a hard copy of each permission slip home with students. If a slip is misplaced, families can find a digital copy on this page once it becomes available. Parents and guardians must complete, sign, and return the permission slip before the deadline.
