Deb Heinemann

Mrs. Deb Heinemann brings over three decades of experience to her role as our kindergarten teacher. A graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education, Mrs. Heinemann has spent 27 of her 36 years in education at St. Mary School. Prior to coming to St. Marys, she also taught at Sacred Heart School in Pana, IL for four years, St. Mary School in Assumption, IL for four years, and Christ the King in Springfield, IL for one year.

Mrs. Heinemann is a proud alumni of St. Mary School, as is her mother, daughter, and grandson. She has deep ties to the Taylorville community, where she resides with her husband, Mark, daughter, and grandchildren. Outside of the classroom, Mrs. Heinemann enjoys reading, walking, and spending time with her family.
