Partners in Education (PIE)

Support Classrooms and Special Programs

St. Mary School is blessed to have strong support from a strong community. Our Partners in Education, better known as PIE, are caring individuals or businesses that sponsor specific classrooms or special programs offered at St. Mary School. Funds raised through PIE sponsorships provide enriching resources and experiences for St. Mary’s students.

What type of financial commitment is required for the PIE Program?

Our Partners in Education (PIE) Program is designed to create a unique match between each class at St. Mary School and a partner in the community. The money is used in a variety of ways to assist with additional needs throughout the school year. 

Currently we have 9 classrooms available to sponsor at $500 each. You can designate which classroom you would like to sponsor.

Kindergarten
First Grade
Second Grade
Third Grade
Fourth Grade
Fifth Grade
Sixth Grade

Currently we have 6 special programs available to sponsor at $1,000 each which assists with all grades, K - 6.

Computer Lab
Library
Art
Music/Band
Physical Education
Religion

How will payment be made and when?

Commitment forms need to be completed by August 31. You can make a one-time donation for the allocated amount to be paid by September 15.

Sponsorship Recognition

A name plate will feature the sponsor name and be displayed outside the classroom/special program to remind everyone of your commitment to our school.
We hold a Recognition Reception for sponsors.
You will be featured in our Annual Report distributed to over 1,600 school families and parishioners.
Your name will be recognized in our school newsletter.
Teachers and students will keep their partners informed as to how their donations make a difference in providing a better education.
Special invites to school events such as the Christmas program, Catholic School Week events, etc.
